I loved staying here, even tho it was only for 1 night sadly. The bed is the most comfortable one that I’ve slept in in a really long time. The painting on the walls are so nice, location is so good and the price is really worth it, compared to Singapore’s prices! The best thing for me was the staff, everyone was so friendly and helping. I was feeling really sick after the travel and it was raining badly, so I arrived early in the morning asking if maybe earlier check-in would be possible, and the girl there was so welcoming and nice. They also kept my luggage the whole second day, until my bus at 1.30am, and they helped me carry my luggage downstairs when they saw me struggling in the corridor. Thank you very much!

Location was central, Clark Quay MRT was a stone’s throw away. If there’s a need for buses, there’s one just across the street or on Eu Tong Sen Street depending where one is headed to. Most importantly, there’s a rear access for pick up via an alley way and it’s not applicable for quite a few hotels i.e., Value Hotel Balestier despite it being on a very busy “main street”. If there’s a need for a supermarket it is available at Chinatown Point and there’s quite a couple of hawker centre that’s within walking distance. Overall, I would rate very highly of this hotel given there’s also a waiting area/lobby that I did use while housekeeping was onto it.

Singapore is a very expensive tourist destiny. I booked this hotel due to room rate and location. Honestly this place is excellent based on the rate you pay for your stay. Walking distance to all main attractions, including China Town. Riverside is just few steps. Outside of the hotel looks pretty bad, but once you get into the facility every place is clean, Friendly staff, etc. I had little incident in my room, once it was reported and the front desk representative checked the room immediately a new room was designated. I do recommend this hotel.

I'd needed to somewhere to stay during my 3-day night shift as my house was undergoing renovation. The hotel's location was fantastic as it was only a 5min walk from the MRT station. The room was small with a single bed, but fulfilled all my needs. The bed was exceptionally comfortable! Although the cleaning staff could not clean the room properly as I had to sleep during her morning cleaning rounds, she put in the effort to check on my needs when we ran into each other in the corridor, and fulfilled all my requests.

It is very well located within walking distance to almost everywhere! There are convenience stores, coffee shops, shopping malls and many bars/restaurants near by. As a female solo traveller I felt extremely comfortable. The hotel is small, but cosy and friendly. Staff were super helpful, especially with helping me to communicate with airlines who lost my luggage. The room was small, but comfortable enough for 4 nights stay.
